In December 2003 the directorates of
Mvelaphanda
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and Rebserve Holdings
Limited conceived of the idea to create South Africa’s
leading BEE group through the merger of certain of the
businesses and assets of Mvelaphanda Holdings and
Rebserve. One year later, on 13 December 2004, this
idea became a reality when the merger was
implemented to form Mvelaphanda Group Limited. |
